Link2Grow is dedicated to empowering young women in Grades 11 & 12 from disadvantaged communities and under-resourced schools.

Our flagship initiative is a Mentorship programme where we pair learners with professional women who offer guidance on life-changing decisions including study choices, tertiary applications and funding, career exposure and life skills.

Our mentors ensure every girl knows she has someone who believes in her potential.
The impact goes far beyond the individual; when one young woman is empowered there is a ripple effect and families and communities are strengthened.

At Link2Grow, we’re not just mentoring learners, we’re growing future leaders with inter-generational collaboration.
